ABOUT
CRM systems contain a lot of operations that normally require separate actions, from managing clients and bookings to handling communications and business analysis.
I built an agentic system that lets an AI work across these operations and handle tasks based on the context of the business.
HOW IT WORKS
LangGraph coordinates the workflow and maintains the state of each operation. The agent can use CRM tools for clients, services, appointments, personalization, communications, and business analysis.
The result is a single system that can reason about a request, choose the required actions, and move through multiple CRM operations.
